Winning a beauty pageant is not an accident — it is the result of systematic, disciplined preparation over months. At I-GLAM, our beauty pageant coaching program has produced Miss Bihar, Mr. Bihar, and dozens of state and national titleholders. Here is the exact training framework we use.

Days 1–30: Foundation

Physical Preparation

The first month is about building your physical foundation. This includes establishing a consistent fitness routine (3–4 sessions per week), beginning your skincare and hair care regimen, and starting posture correction work with a trainer.

Stage Presence Basics

Begin working on your ramp walk — the fundamental movement skill for every pageant. Focus on natural, confident walking with a smooth pivot. Practice for 20–30 minutes daily.

Current Affairs Study

Most pageant Q&A rounds test your awareness of national and international issues. Begin reading one quality newspaper daily and keeping notes on key topics: environment, women's empowerment, education, health, and technology.

Days 31–60: Skill Development

Q&A Intensive

The second month shifts focus to the Q&A round — often the deciding factor in pageant outcomes. Practice answering questions aloud daily. Record yourself, review, and refine.

The Q&A round is won or lost in the preparation — not on the stage.

Evening Gown & Talent Practice

Begin practising your stage presentations in your actual pageant outfits. The way you move, sit, and interact with your garments on stage requires specific training — not just rehearsals at home.

Personality Development

Work intensively on your personal brand — who you are, what you stand for, and how you communicate that authentically. Judges respond to genuine passion and clarity of purpose far more than rehearsed answers.

Days 61–90: Polish and Performance

Mock Pageants

Run full mock pageant simulations — complete with judging panels, timing, and feedback. These are the most valuable preparation tool available and form a core part of I-GLAM's coaching program.

Mental Preparation

Pageant day is as much a mental challenge as a physical one. Develop breathing techniques, visualisation practices, and coping strategies for nerves and pressure.

Final Refinements

The last two weeks are for polishing — fine-tuning your walk, refining your answers, perfecting your interview skills, and ensuring every aspect of your presentation is consistent and confident.
